One of the most common questions I get about the stache is how I get it to curl. Well this is the secret, Clubman Mustache Wax and Comb. I think it works pretty darn sweet. The only other thing I like to use from time to time is a small bar of dry soap. The wax gives the mustache an over all badass look. And the comb comes with the wax which is just a super plus.
I used to have this really kick butt Jesus Shrine at my old apartment with a bunch of off the wall Jesus memorabilia. I really did love the thing. There was some sweet stuff I had collected over the years not to mention a ton of gifts from family and friends. Unfortunately, the Jesus Shrine was stolen! Yes I said “My ex girlfriend stole my Jesus Shrine!” Now if that is not some sort of serious SIN then I don’t know what is. I can’t help but wonder what she did with it or if it is just sitting at her parents house or maybe in a box in a closet. So I decided it was time to rebuild my faith and my shrine. It isn’t much at the moment but it will slowly and surely be growing over the next few months. I am always looking for cool stuff so if for some crazy reason you got some sweet Jesus Stuff let me know. Jesus Shrine 2.0 is going to be sweet!!
I thought it might be exciting to go through my collection of tattoos on my blog. I thought I would start with my nurse. I got this tattoo at Red Sea Tattoo in Wichita, Kansas. What I really love the most about this tattoo is how simple and bold it is. I really dig the old traditional American style tattoo. Pictures of sailors from the 40’s 50’s 60’s just look so sick with bold, simple, and raw tattoos. Nick Ley came up with the theme for my hands but I really wanted to have them done by two different artists. Matt was really one of the few tattooers that I would completely trust with such a visible tattoo. I love this tattoo it is for sure in my top 3 favorite pieces. So this is the nurse that fixs my busted skateboard ass!
So ya my mustache today was giving me hell! I just could not get this thing to look right not to meantion that the entire day was a pain in the butt! Ya I work at the mall don’t judge unless maybe you can hook me up with a better gig. Please! The right side was just a little too low and skinny and sort of wanted to lean to the front. It is hard to have such a powerful stache!
So Matt Headley is the owner/tattooist/coolest guy I know of Red Sea Tattoo. Matt is not only a master tattooist but one of the most interesting and funny guys I know. If I could I would move to Kansas just to hang with this dude and his awesome wife Emily! I have some of the coolest memories of Kansas, drive in movies, sushi, tattoos, skateboarding, candles, guitar hero, Pickles, and of coarse the awesome city of Wichita! I plan on moving to Kansas the first chance I get or at least when I retire. So look if you live in Kansas or are going to be visiting you need to get tattooed at Red Sea! I still have to go up and finish my knee tattoo but that will be another blog!

Why am I so obsessed with the word MEDIOCRE? Well it comes back to some of the best and worst days of my life. I take no credit for any of what made mediocre so freaking sweet. I just got lucky enough to be asked to be in the Crew!! I will eventually post the video on here for every ones enjoyment. Mediocre was the best group of guys that I ever skated with. Nathan, Matt, Justin, Dan, Colin, Shane, Jesse, Jordan, Corey, Shawn, Aaron, and I am sure I forgot a couple hommies. I can remember so many crazy times, awesome skate trips and of coarse the best video to ever drop in Dallas. It always seemed like there was 6 or more of us skating every night. Mediocre to me is skateboarding. I miss those days and I miss those guys. I guess everything in life sort of has its time and comes to an end. But I am going to hang on to it forever and force everyone to like it!! Mediocre will make a come back and as soon as Shane is done with the Index video look out for Mediocre Deuce!

Now seriously I am not a huge weed/pot/shroom dude but I did enjoy this flick. It is probably a 3.5 star out of 5 star movie. The production value is real good some seriously awesome dude who likes shrooms must have put up a lot of cash for this flick. The story is the basic horror flick in the woods old story about scary creepy dudes turns horribly weird. So if you are running out of great movies to watch this is a pretty good one. People die and people trip!
I am watching Demons 2 at the moment so get ready for that review tomorrow!
