Thought I would post some pics of the new kicks I got at Index this evening. To be honest Shane sold me on these a couple of days ago at the bowling alley. I had never really noticed this color way but when I saw it on him I was sold. I think I noticed the fatter tongue in these compared to another new pair I recently got. I come to find out on closer inspection at Index that the fat tongue is out! Say what???? I thought the fat tongue was the best part of the dunk?? Maybe I was wrong or maybe Konston and the Team wanted a slimmed down shoe. I hope for my sake that they at least make a few more fat tongues.

Okay so this is the Value Center!
Basiclly whenever I go see Matt up at Red Sea Tattoo in Wichita Kansas I stop off at the Value Center. I always seem to walk away with something that makes me smile! From owls, to bowling balls, to suits, whatever I am looking for they have it before I need it. It is just your average sort of thrift store but it must be in the twilight zone cause it is always full of awesome stuff and scary people! I mean it is almost worth the 5 hour trip just for the Value Center! So here is my exciting score from my most recent trip to Kansas with Samantha.
Ya that right this is a GT Coyote 3!!!!! Not a Coyote 1 or 2 this is a 3 bagger! And it is all powder blue to set it off. I just barely saw this thing sitting up on a high self. It was probably there to stop little kids from breaking their necks in the Value Center. I almost could not control myself when I found it! And as you can see it was only $1.98! It was not a deal just a steal! Ryan (the previous owner) wrote his name 3 times on the bottom of this time and who wouldn’t if they owned a GT Coyote 3! Once back in Dallas I took it by Index to show it off and got the mad hook up from Dameon and Jon who gave me some bushings and bearings! Thanks Guys!

The AM game has been struggling lately due to work scheduling. But we still manage to get together from time to time and bang out some tricks! Jesse and Matt are the new AM heroes!
Matt saw the ice cream bicycle guy ride up and got super stoked. All he said was ” Ninja Turtle!”

I might be about to celebrate a year with my Mustache but Sparky has blown me out of the water. You know the saying “You never know what you have till its gone.” Well I never knew how awesome of a skater or friend or mustache I had till Sparky was in florida!

Skateboarding is a weird bed fellow. Jesse (spelt correctly) Grubbs took this photo the other day at Irving skate park. Jesse always hits me up about shooting some pics whenever we skate or chat on the internet usually I turn him down. But the other morning we were having a good time and the park was empty so why not. All in all we got some funny shots and some pretty good ones. Jesse has been adding them to his flickr site a little bit each day. This picture I noticed today and thought it looked pretty sweet. But what I loved the most was what he called it “relationship”.
Shane barely made it into the Es Game of Skate at Index but in the end made it to the fourth round and the website!
Now I think this pic is sweet but Shane described it as “gay” either way its sick when you make the website. Index and Lakai might owe him some photo incentive.
